- Feeling nostalgic I thought I would pull out my old Diablo 2 disks and get this classic up and running. Being a supported install I thought it was going to be a piece of cake, but I have run into a problem.

What I wrote in this howto for those exe's is a relative path, but you need to use the actual path to the installer file. I just updated this howto to include OSX Catalina. |

Based on the success of the previous game Diablo (1996), Diablo II was one of the most popular games in 2000. Key factors contributing to the success of Diablo II include continuing the popular fantasy themes from the previous game and accessing Blizzard’s Battle.net free streaming service. An expansion pack for Diablo II, Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, was released in 2001. The sequel, Diablo III, was published in 2008 and was released on May 15, 2012.
